To summarize today, I pretty much rocked it.
I rocked my healthy eats.
I rocked Body Step.
And dinner kind of rocked too.
I had a pork loin chop in the fridge that needed to be cooked today. I sliced it thin and fried it in a little coconut oil. Added some shredded brussels and a little maple syrup, and voila. Served with a sweet tater on the side.
One of my former colleagues is in town for business, so I’m going to meet up with her for a beverage in a while. Its nice to have some company while I’m away.
I best jump in the shower if I plan to look presentable. I’m currently blogging in my sweaty gym clothes.

I've never shredded brussel sprouts but it looks like a great way to eat them. Next time I'll certainly give it a whirl.
I like brussel sprouts as they are, but I tried your shredded technique the other day to mix things up and I have to say I really liked it!
