Ohhhhhh my god. My workout tonight was the sweatiest I’ve been in a LONG time. I decided to do a double workout tonight, Body Pump followed by Body Combat.
As soon as I walked into the aerobics studio, I started sweating. It was soooo muggy BEFORE the class even started. You can only imagine was it was like after 2 hours filled with sweating women. GROSS.
I didn’t get home until after 8:00pm, and I didn’t feel like making a big dinner. This was simple, but it was so good!
A chicken wrap, with a side of shredded maple pecan brussels.
Inside the wrap: chicken breast cubes, Sabra hummus, grated extra old cheddar, cucumber, red/orange pepper, tomato and iceberg lettuce.
I’m feeling STRONG after tonight’s workout. I need to start making time for double classes again. I used to do it all the time, but of late, time is of the essence.
Remind me to double it up from time to time, ok? :)
Night!

That chicken wrap sounds amazing! Definitely going to put it on my must try list!
I think it's awesome that you do two classes in a row. Don't know if I could handle it. Great job :)
you are a machine girl!
I love sweaty workouts but I bet that room was pretty gross after 2 hours worth!!
BodyCombat was my absolute fav class out of all the Les Mills classes. Then they adjusted the schedule to where only one Combat class was offered and it was an instructor I didn't like. Funny how an instructor can completely ruin the vibe of the room. I used to be a combat master!
Well done on all the sweating.
Meal looks divine as well...
Was it something in the gyms yesterday? Mine was the same way!! Woohoo!! Rock it, girl.
Mmmm brussel sprouts. I'm addicted lately but have yet to try them with pecans. Note to self. ;)
Shredded maple pecan brussels... you are a genius!
That's a simple dinner!? It looks delish!!!
your dinner does sound delish! and I love both those classes...such a good workout!
