I had big plans to keep you all entertained last night with my adventures in Huntsville. This would have happened had I not forgotten my camera cord on my desk at the office I was working at.
Here it goes, a day late.
Breakfast was greek yogurt, banana and honey.
I got picked up at about 7:00am and we headed for Huntsville. The drive was gorgeous and flew by. I’m travelling with a colleague I don’t know much about, so it was interesting getting to know him.
I spent the day in meetings, and then came to check in. Yay for king sized beds!
I was thrilled when I looked out my window and saw a grocery store with a Goodlife in it. I hit up Body Step right after work. My ankle was feeling a little tender, so I took it easy but still managed to work up a good sweat! ![]()
I wasn’t feeling too social, so I just grabbed dinner from the grocery store.
Salad
Spicy sushi
Strawberries and pineapple for dessert.
I enjoyed a quiet night solo reading blogs, tweeting, watching TV, and drinking diet ginger ale right out of the bottle. I’m classy like that.
An interesting note: I did all of that while lounging completely nekkid. I went to change into my pj’s only to realize I had forgotten them. I’m a HORRIBLE packer!
Gotta jet, I’m going to hit up Body Combat tonight and then head out to dinner with my colleague.
Lates!

You are a horrible packer....you forgot your eye-make-up in TO, and PJ'S? What did you forget in Hali?
I giggled out loud at the part about drinking the ginger ale out of the bottle.
Oh, and fruit is not dessert. That is all.
Drinking ginger ale out of the bottle? You are a PARTY ANIMAL! lol
Any time I drink Ginger Ale I get a million questions about if I'm pregnant... I guess people think I'm drinking it to help with nausea or as a replacement for wine.
Anything you care to share??
My grandparents used to live near Huntsville... gorgeous area!
You are too cute with your ginger ale and nakedness :)
I'm wondering where in Ottawa you purchase Greek yogurt? I've been scouring the Ottawa grocery stores looking for it!
cheers,

I'm betting that grocery store has a Joe department. Jammmmies! :)
I am very familiar with that Independent grocer, we go there regularly to get food for our cottage. Walmart is in the same plaza too.
I haven't been to my cottage in two weeks so I am shocked to see no snow in your picture! It all melted!
Love your blog!
