…as always there are a few words with my wordless Wednesday post.
I’m blogging during the first intermission of the hockey game, so gotta make this short and sweet.
Nothing earth shattering to report today. I ate well, had a sweaty workout and drank lots of H20.

Haha! That's a glorious picture! It always gave me such a little thrill to see my grandma drink a beer. :)
