Dog sitters

I had a sweaty/amazing workout tonight after work. I did 30 mins on the elliptical (treadmills were all full!) followed by a sweat filled RPM class. I did a killer ab workout after the class, which I have a sneaking suspicion will be haunting me tomorrow. I’m feeling my mojo come back. Weeeeeeeeee!

We didn’t have anytime to prepare any dinner when we got home as we had an important errand to run.

Take out AGAIN for us.

Small chili, plain baked tater and a diet coke.

Turned into a piece of heaven. I loooove this meal, and its a quasi healthy alternative when eating out. I know I’ve been boasting about filling foods today, but this meal is also WICKED filling!

S0rry for the crappy food pics today. They were all courtesy of my blackberry.

What was the important errand? Picking up the Devil Incarnate  Jasper. The little fur ball is staying with us until Sunday.

Don’t let the cute face fool you!

In just 2 hours our entire household has been uprooted.

Lewis not only has to be on constant alert,

but he’s also been forced to start dining on the kitchen table.  IMG_2525

And Jersey has become a hoarder. You can’t really see, but she put all her bones on her bed and laid down on them!

I kind of feel like we’re living on a bit of a farm with 2 dogs and 2 cats!

How many animals do you have?

i felt so sorry for my mother in law when she watched our dogs - she had our two dogs, her two dogs, and two cats. it was a zoo!

we might get another doggie soon!

We have three dogs- but considering their sizes they pretty much equal one regular sized dog :]

What a cutie! Good luck!

LMAO!!!
OMG...the look on your one cat's face said it all!!
I have two cats, and that is all I can handle, in a 1-bedroom apartment. Especially considering they are bigger than what most people call dogs!
Good luck...hope you all survive the weekend.

The expression on the cat's face - adorable.

The look on the dog visitor - begging you to believe in the cute factor.

Jersey hiding her toys - priceless.

Have fun. I do not envy you one bit this weekend. Nope, nada.

I am the owner of one dog - shih tzu - shih head, really. She decided on my last treadmill run to jump on the treadmill with me.... too funny, but it is a challenge run when suspended from the handle bars and your feet tucked up under you, and factor in the laughter. Thankfully, she wasn't hurt!

We have two cats.

When I lived at my dad's, we had 5 cats total (3 mine, 1 my brother's, and 1 my dad's). I love cats, but that was quite enough for me. They all used to go barreling through the house together at night, sounding like a herd of stampeding wildebeests.

I love all your critters - one extra "temporary" one can sure mess with the dynamics

Haha just look at poor Jersey's cute little face. Why Mom, why? she's asking. :)

That's what I get when I go to Wendy's too. It's filling and pretty healthy. Sometimes I get the grilled chicken if I'm feeling in the mood for a burger.

When we first got Lucy in our old house we had to feed chandler up on a table too! Now we've got kitty doors so he has his own "safe place" where Lucy can't devour his food!

Ha look at adorable Jersey with all her bones! lol

God do I ever miss Wendy's. Wish we had one in my area of England. Especially for the taties and chilli. We get Burger Kind and McDonald's. So not exciting.

I only have the one dog :)

Amy, I'm a rare commenter, but long time reader. Everytime you talk about Jersey, I tell my husband I want a lab retriever like yours. She's absolutely gorgeous!!!

Good luck dog-sitting!

I've only got 1 monkey! Although she claims to be a princess not a monkey. ;)

We have 1 dog. At best guess he's a pomeranian and chiuaua. He just looks like a litte fox.

Oh, and a baker tater and small chili is my fav Wendy's meal. I do thing and pour the chili on the tater. So good and much healthier that my old fav, Crispy Chicken Burger with fries and a Frosty.

We have one dog, but I am currently campaigning for another dog and/or a kitten. We are dogsitting until Tuesday, so Bear is at home with D'Arcy the crazed Irish Setter.

Cute! We're babysitting my sister's lab and Moo has been trying to sit in my lap pretty much since he got here. He doesn't quite understand why I can't hold 115lbs of dog, but he's so cute. lol

*laughs* that little devil dog!!

Jersey looks so freaking cute in that picture! Hoarding all her bones! (we buy Charlie the same one - with the dog food in the middle)

I don't know how it would be with another dog...Charlie and the cats make it difficult enough as it is! But Jersey is so well behaved!!!
