95% of the time Andrew eats pretty healthy. Frankly he doesn't have much of a choice, because he doesn't cook and just eats whatever I make him.
Andrew goes into work much later than I do, so has a little more time in the morning.
I always assumed that he just had toast or cereal for breakfast.
Yesterday I arrived home immediately after I finished work. I opened the door and detected the slightest hint of bacon in the air.
My suspicions were confirmed when I walked into the scene of the crime and discovered the evidence!
Yes my friends, that is a bacon greased frying pan with traces of egg.
This leads me to believe that my dear husband not only had bacon, BUT HE FRIED HIS EGGS IN BACON GREASE.
Gross.
Its a good thing he’s cute.

I wish my S/O would eat healthy because I do, or for that matter, let me cook for us. Sadly, it doesn't work out that way for us. Oh, the rant I could sling together right now, but I'll leave it at that!

My DBF is a total sugar addict, he ests everything I cook when he stays over but the amount of sugar he puts in his coffee gags me and I keep sugary cereal here for when I don't feel like making a big breakfast

My mom used to fry our eggs in bacon grease, but I never ate the whites (that touched the grease) so I never got any of it.
I loooove bacon, though! Can't begrudge anyone their bacon!

First off, I cook the bacon, then dump the grease in a glass jar, the eggs cook in just a bit of what's left in the pan...

I only like bacon in ceasar salad...but my hubby loves it when I make him a lovely full course brunch breakfast, omelette, french toast, bacon or sausages, home fries, and our delicious maple syrup :p
Being a family of five, I make all kinds of meals for my family and I just pick and choose what I eat, and every one is happy.
Tonight I made chicken stir fry, YUM, and this time I cooked the chicken with a tblsp of honey and soya sauce, then stir fried my veggies, green, red, yellow bell peppers, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, beans sprouts, carrots, onion, garlic, cooked with 3 tblsp of sweet and sour sauce, and all this served on thai noodles..........did I say YUM, even my son that doesn't like bell peppers had quite a serving ;p
Anyways, did get to exercise today but I've planned a beautiful walk in the bush tomorrow morning.
