Sadly, I will not be joining the next round of Booty Camp due to my travel requirements with my new job.
Word on the street is that there are a few spots still open in the Ottawa area, so I encourage any of you Ottawa ladies to join up today… more specifically for Carolyn’s session. I’ve blogged about her awesomeness before, but her workouts are incredible. If you’ve been reading my blog for a while, you know that I live for group fitness classes. I think I would rate Carolyn as THE BEST instructor I’ve ever had. I took her kickboxing classes at my old gym so I was thrilled when I found out she was going to be teaching my Booty Camp sessions. She’ll keep you motivated while torturing you! She won’t disappoint, that’s for sure!!
Please note, I’m in no way affiliated with Booty Camp Fitness or Carolyn. I really enjoyed my 8 week session that I did last year and I just thought with all the current healthy lifestyle commitment going on in the blog world that this might help!

Amy, I just had your salad in a glass for lunch...OMG it was delish!!! Even with the greenish color, I couldn't believe my taste buds, truly worth trying. Also, do you have all of the recipe in one sitting or sipping :)
Sorry live way to out of Ottawa to go to boot camp, but with your inspiration, I'm out moving my butt every day so far since Jan 2 :)
Didn't want to email you as I do not want to disturb you at work...I have so many questions about your weight loss, like how did you start, what was your day to day menu and workout schedule like....

What was your exercise regime when you started out at 267 lbs? Did you walk outside in winter, and if so what did you wear, do they sell 2x jogging pants? What kind of shoes or boots did you wear?
