Blown Away!

I am truly blown away by all the amazing comments that were left yesterday. I’ve said it before, but I have the absolute BEST blog readers ever. The amount of support I received yesterday gave me an extra bounce in my step and a ton of added motivation and confidence. A million thank yous to each and every one of you! I am going to totally rock this challenge!

Today was a great day. I met one of my dear friends, who also happens to be a runner for a long slow 10k. Its amazing how fast 10k flies by when spent gossiping. We had a blast!

Did the typical Sunday things: cleaning, laundry, groceries.

Made a delicious supper: Homemade chilli, served with a few nacho chips and 2 mini slices of crusty bread for dipping.

I’m totally exhausted today. We were out late for a friends birthday (where I totally rocked a buffet!) and I was up early to go running. I’m thinking its time for a cup of hot cocoa and some reading before bed.

I want some chili now! Thankfully my legs are so sore from yesterday, I can't even fathom going down to the kitchen for a snack!

I admire your courage. I happen to think you look great... but I know that no matter how great everyone else sees you, if you have weight you want to lose then inevitably you're self conscious about how you look... so I know it took courage to post your weight and photos. I was too chicken!

Your chili looks sooooo good!!

I also signed up for the x weighted challenge... so I wish you well... and I say: BRING IT :) haha!

OK...all your fault, now I made some chili for dinner some time this week! LOL! I also made pancakes for the kids....aren't I a great Mom :)
I find that I'm super lucky, I only work part time outside of the house, so Mondays I usually get my meals ready or planned out for the week, my Mom couldn't do that as she was a widow and had to work full time.
