new hair

Rushed like a mad woman to make it to my hair appointment tonight. I decided it was time for a change. Some bangs and peak-a-boo red low lights. I’m digging it! :)

Needless to say, no workout tonight. Gah. I reallllllly need to get my shit together in the workout department. I went from working out 6 days a week to about 3-4, and I HATE it. Exercise is the one constant in my life, and I NEED it regularly.

Dinner was a little random. Fig goat cheese, strawberries, pomegranate and walnuts on a bed of mixed greens and spinach, tossed in a little fig olive oil dressing.

1/2 cup pulled pork on a baked sweet potato. Random combination of food yes, but it was filling and completely satisfied.
