I hit up Body Flow tonight after work. We’re becoming better acquainted, but we’re still not buddies.
I got off on the wrong foot when a space hog set up her mat pretty much on top of me, and her dumbass friend decided to set herself up DIRECTLY in front of me so I couldn’t see the mirror. Gah.
I relocated across the room to a much more zen location and rocked the class. I’m definitely not flexible, but I’m getting there for sure. Dare I say, I kind of enjoyed it?
Following the class I hit up the treadmill and rocked a 6k tempo run. I had planned for 5k, but I was feeling good so I rocked out another quick kilometre. I was watching the news, which of course was dominated with stories of Tiger Woods and the supposed snow storm that’s allegedly on its way. I’m so sick of hearing about Tiger Woods. Gah.
Dinner tonight looked pretty similar to last evening’s. Balsamic chicken, broccoli and a sweet potato. Pure bliss.
I’m off to watch the Biggest Loser finale. I didn’t really follow all season as I find its become more about the advertising than the weight loss, but I love seeing the transformations!

Me+Flexibility are not compatible. I know it is a weakness of mine. I like routine however.....If I go to spin tonight and someone has 'my bike' I will have to shake it off.
