My first day of work was a success! I got a great feeling for the office, and I’m really looking forward to working for a big department again.
I arrived home with big plans to go for a run, but my hip was feeling pretty tight/stiff. It was feeling rough on Saturday, and running on it yesterday certainly didn’t help. I decided to take it easy, so Jersey and I went for a long leisurely 90 min walk. It was such a nice night… we just kept on trucking! It was fun and I enjoyed every second of the time with my pootchie.
Prior to leaving, I happened to catch this story on the news, and this was the last image I saw.
I left the house bawling after seeing this heart breaking photo. Hug your kids and your fur babies a little tighter tonight and be thankful.
Dinner was fabulous yet simple.
Brussels, broccoli and salmon. Amazing.
I’m outta here. I have 12 mins to get ready for the season finale of Dexter. Can’t wait! I avoided the interweb/twitter all day in fear of spoilers! Goodnight!
