weekend randomness

Firstly, thank you ALL for being so supportive and understanding regarding my last post. It means so much to be knowing that you guys all have my back as I begin my quest again.

I started out my Saturday by meeting my buddy Lisa for an upper body workout and Body Attack. Its becoming a Saturday tradition, and I looove it!

I came home and made this.

WW tortilla topped with refried beans, homemade guac, salsa, old cheddar and a tsp of sour cream. On the side, some broccoli and cauliflower casserole that I made last night. Random yet very tasty.

Afternoon snack was apples and dip mixed with a little ULF cool whip.

We had a couple of house showings today, so we headed out to Walmart. A bit of a random shopping trip, but we got some new pillows, a new blender and some WHITE dishes.

I killed my magic bullet the other night when I was making some pesto. Mr. Magic Bullet lead a looong life, so I cannot complain too much. The dishes were a spontaneous purchase. I had a comment once from a reader saying that she hated my 1970’s green Corelle dishes. Truth be told, I hated them too but couldn’t bring myself to buy new ones when those ones worked. :)

Dinner tonight was just what I was craving. Red meat and carbs. I had a burger sandwich and some sweet potato wedges.   IMG_3421 Cesar salad on the side.

For a sweet treat after dinner, I had a bowl of ff yogurt topped with fruit, ff cool whip and graham crumbs.IMG_3426

Time to relax. I’m thinking bed early with my new pillows.

Thanks again for reading. :)

I just read your confession #2. Early today I decided to stop being a flake and get back in the game. I'm soooo grateful you'll be fighting the good fight at the same time. I know it's going to be very motivating to me and if I can return the favour at all, I'll be thrilled.

Let's git er done!

I miss seeing you at the gym. Let's make a date for one day soon.

I'm totally with you on the weight loss wagon again. Success is the only result I will accept.

I\m sorry I was away and not here to show my support. I support you 190% and am so proud of you for tracking for two weeks.

Going back to WW alone was one of the hardest things to do...(you know this already) but the support from you guys made it easier. I will always support you.
