I had big plans to make it to run club this morning. I woke up feeling a little stuffy and gross… so I went back to bed. Having that extra hour sure made a big difference.
We decided to make it a family run. I’m a lucky girl, in the sense I have 2 of the best running buddies out there: Husband AND dog!

My Garmin froze near the end of our run. I think we ran about 15 mins longer then this… it was almost 11k when all was said and done.
We stopped in the park beside our house for some agility fun for Jersey; and of course a photo op for me and my girl.

Its a beautiful fall day here in Ottawa. Plans include dog park and making some meals for lunches this week.
