I’m chugging away at my report. Its almost done!
Jersey and I snuck out for a lovely lunch time walk for about 30 mins. I have plans to go walk the same route again after work. I have a hard time enjoying walking. Feels to slow for me… but I do really enjoy it once I get over the fact I’m not running!
Lunch was 2 low fat hotdogs on WW buns, with a little old cheddar and ketchup. Red pepper slices on the side.
Also on the side, steamed broccoli with a little lemon juice and a smidge of goat cheese, and a diet pepsi.
Snack: Apple slices, old cheddar and a few Blue Menu honey wheat crackers.
Back to work!
