The last few days have been incredibly mentally draining. We said goodbye to Granny B, but I couldn’t help but smile through my tears during her memorial. Granny was such a strong woman, and was well loved and respected by many in her small community. I had no idea what a pioneer she was. She wrote a beautiful life story that the priest read during the service. She was the first woman elected to church council, she started the library in her OWN home, started many 4H clubs and the list goes on. I had no idea what an incredible woman she was. She was loved by many and will surely be missed.
Back to normal today, which was welcomed yet rough all at the same time. I pretty much had to peel myself out of bed this morning.
We had a bit of a chaotic evening. We had a last minute viewing, so I had to rush home, vacuum the crap out of the house, take Jersey to my Group Fit class, where Andrew met us. Andrew occupied Jersey while I was sweating up a storm. (Wore my HRM and burned 534 cals!) Afterwards, Andrew met me back at my car to drop off the pootch so I could bring her home while he played basketball. Ahhh the joys of having a listed house!
I had absolutely NO appetite today. I arrived home from Group Fit and whipped up this combination. I only consumed about 12 points all day, so I needed something to bulk up my calories.
Tortilla with pb, apple and cinnamon. Old cheddar and wheat thins, and a salad in the blender.
- milk
- spinach
- banana
- ice
- 2 scoops Amazing Grass Chocolate Superfood
Thats all for tonight.
Thank you for all the condolences you sent our way. xoox
