Yesterday wasn't any differerent.
Except we went to help my cousin and his wife move.
The only thing I ate yesterday was sugar. You think I'm exaggerating, but I'm actually not that far off.
Breakfast was from Subway in the car on the road. Not bad right?
I forgot to mention my cousin's wife is preggers, and her current craving is ju jube type candy. She had Sour Patch Kids, Ju Jubes, and Peach Rings. Not a big deal, except a handful here and there really adds up over the course of the day.
Supper was decent: 1/2 a baked tater, 1/2 a sirloin steak, salad, roasted peppers.
I had some self control when it came to desert, Andrew and I went halfsies on a piece of carrot cake. There may have been some chips consumed also.
I'm really disappointed in my lack of self control yesterday. I've had a stellar week in the food deptartment, and I'm beyond frustrated that I'm able to slip off plan so quickly.
Not use crying over spilled milk though. Like I said, I had a stellar week...and I can totally redeem myself today by eating healthy nutritious food and maybe getting in a workout. My lower back is pretty sore. My spin class on Friday was crazy intense. We spent 45 of 60 minutes climbing (out of the saddle and seated climb) and I think I may have twisted my back the wrong way or something. I think a nice long walk is in order and maybe my Booty Camp Fitness Video.

It is very frustrating how easy we can fall off plan, and how easy it is to not realize untill the next day that we went overboard! But you recognized it and you have a plan for today and that is what matters!
Muhaha you think "weekends" are rough! You better be good for the next 3 days Missy because when you get here all hell's gonna break loose ;-)
