TV Munchies

I love lazy Sundays.

I had big plans to make an appearance at the Running Room for run club this morning, but after staying up late watching the crazy long Yankees/LAA game I managed to snooze until 9am! WOW!

I did want to hit the pavement though. I call myself a runner, but if I’m being honest to you all, I haven’t had the same dedication to running that I had while training for my half in May. Today was PERFECT running weather. About 4 degrees and sunny. Loved it. Jersey and I ran 10k in a little over an hour. On the slow side yes, but I can honestly say that I enjoyed every minute of it.

That was about all I accomplished today, but thats ok.

I’m about to hit the couch with Andrew to catch up on our shows. We’re almost 2 weeks behind eek! On tap: CSI, The Office, Top Chef, House and The Good Wife.

Here’s what is on the TV munchie menu. Apples, cantaloupe, melted cinnamon raisin pb, and the last of the pumpkin dip.

I love how our lazy sunday's differ - yours include 10k, and mine involves going up and down stairs...LOL.

Personally, I think running 10k in any amount of time rocks! If (when?) I enter a 10k race and I pulled in around 1 hour I'd be SOOOO pumped!

You are a runner regardless of your time because you run and you enjoy it ;-)
