Feeling ‘meh’

This weekend involved a lot of exercise.

This weekend also involved a lot of food.

Why can’t I enjoy anything in moderation?

Fuck.

I need to get my shit together.

Look how much balance you have though Ames...try not to be so hard on yourself....you got lots of exercise...you're doing great.

Tomorrow = more moderation. You know I'm with you....

A lot of exercise means your body needs and deserves more food to fuel it. Don't get down on your self because it could have been worse. You could have ate all the food and then sat on your butt all weekend. Just keep up the hard work!!

I will have to look back through your posts to see if you are trying to lose weight...if you aren't, isn't this what maintenance is? Eating and exercising? (Maintenance has always been the biggest struggle for me. I've always been going up or going down/exercising like a fiend or not at all).
You are so successful! You've taken that weight off and kept it off for all this time. Not many people, including me, can say the same.

I too chare the lovely personality trait of all, or nothing...but, that said, you did both eat and exercise...so, that my friend is balancing! Stay positive!
