Amy the vegetarian take 2

I was ravenous when I got home tonight. I had a Pita One Flat Bun with a little Farmgirl jaaaaum (Thats westcoast talk for JAM!) and margarine and a handful of saltwater toffees. BAD NEWS.

I didn’t get any exercise today either. Boo.

I was feeling pretty guilty so I opted to have a fibrelicious supper.

Steamed broccoli with goat cheese, maple roasted brussels, couscous with black beans and a 1/2 a sweet tater.

I’m pleasantly full.

Somehow I even convinced Andrew to eat it. He just smothered everything in BBQ sauce and said it was delicious.

I will have a solid hardcore workout tomorrow. I promise.

Mmmm the damn "jaauuuum"!

I've got big plans for some sweet potato, black beans, salsa & cilantro and a container of brussels sprouts.

I haven't exercised YET! Ya know what? yesterday I was feeling like absolute terd, even had the huge lump in my throat and I kinda think that my AG smoothie for breakfast with the added wheat grass faught off the little germ buggers!

Don't make fun of me......

That Jaum ricks my world. I'm very protective of it....Mike knows this...he almost got killed when I caught him trying to eat some of my last jar....

I think I'm coming to Ottawa next....thinking late spring? Thoughts?

Dark colored leafy veggies are known to have a wide range of nutrients. Eating such food is good for digestion and brings out all essential nutrients our body requires.
