Get your stop watch ready and do each of the following exercises for 30 seconds each.
- jumping jacks
- crunches
- squats
- plank
- lunges right leg forward
- push ups
- butt kicks (each side)
- bicycle crunches
- lunges left leg forward
- V-Sit
- skipping on the spot
- lower back extensions
- squats
- side leg lifts
- tricep dips
- tricep pushups
- 1 leg squat – right leg
- oblique crunches – right side
- 1 leg squat – left side
- oblique crunches – left side
