Total Body Toner


Today's workout features a little bit of everything.... enjoy!

30 seconds butt kicks
15 push ups
30 seconds jumping jacks
15 tricep dips
30 seconds skipping on the spot (no rope)
30 seconds butt kicks
15 reverse lunges (each leg)
30 second plank
15 push ups
30 second side plank

Haaaaaaaaave fun!

I'm going to die doing this, but I'll give it a shot anyway. My work colleagues like tho, asked me to print out an extra copy so they could do it too! The joy of exercising is spreading!!!!!

Whew...done. It was misty and cool at lunch, so it wasn't so bad doing this after my 4.35k run. I did have to improvise on the side plank, as my rotator cuffs really don't like that, but I did manage 15 seconds on each side, and then held regular plank again for another 30 seconds to make up for it!

The dangers we face while being under pressure, wow. The dangers we face while undergoing surgery, such a heartache. There are plenty of things that can lead to bad health. With knowing this, I think that no matter what age you are at, waking up that extra hour early in the morning or making time throughout your day to run a mile or two really helps your body in the long run if you know what I mean. There are soo many diseases and things that we need to stay away from, and with maintaining our bodies we increase our chances of ensuring ourselves from staying away from anything harmful. Thus, having Everything else work perfect :)
