This week in food and exercise

Hi bloggies. What a crazy week.    

Some meals looked like this:

Raisin bran, green smoothie, and cherries

Pork cooked in mushroom soup, rice, asparagus and carrots

Taco salad topped with ground round/beans/corn, salsa, FF sour cream and homemade guac. My favorite flavour combo EVER!

I saw my friend Sarah at the gym tonight and she mentioned chicken cesar salad. I had to have it after hearing her speak of said deliciousness.

Exercise looked like this:

Monday – NIL

Tuesday- 60 min run on treadmill

Wednesday – spin

Thursday- baseball

Friday – spin/abs

Saturday- planning on body pump

I have another crazy weekend ahead. Party and a wedding  out of town tomorrow, more renos Sunday. Good news is, renos are ALMOST complete and our house should be listed by mid next week.
