Take a long hot bath, enjoy yourself a latte (or another yummy beverage of your choice), curl up with your puppy and read a book, go for a long walk with said puppy and breathe in nature. These feelings will pass, but in the meantime, you may as well take a little time out and do something for you!
Oh no..I too was in a funk the past few weeks (workout funk) But I seem to be back at it... Hope you start to feel better! Drink lots of water..get to bed early...work out in the morning and I'm sure you will see a change in your mood!
not sure where u are at geographically, but here its so hot and heavy its hard to breathe, much less feel motivated.
do ONE thing that is weightloss oriented today.
whether it be making green tea iced tea..or dusting off a tracker, or breaking out the scale or your fav w.w. recipe. just ONE thing to make you feel a little tingle of it..
I started my weight loss battle in 2003 at 267lbs by following Weight Watchers.
Almost 7 years later, I've lost almost 100lbs and am keeping my weight down by enjoying foods that I love in moderation and exercising.

I hate those days !
I just clawed my way out of a funk that seemingly lasted forever! I feel ya! Hang in there.
