Your workout today will consist of:
30 second plank
30 regular crunches
30 second plank
30 second side plank
30 second side plank - other side
30 second plank with leg lift
30 second plank
30 second V sit
....and because you can't forget the lower back, finish off your workout today with 30 Alternating Supermans.
This is worth 1 bonus point.
I jusy did this workout, and you'll definitely feel it by the end! Good luck!

Since I already have a training session today on which I'll be working on abs, I'm going to have to pass on this one. However, I also want to see what kinds of numbers people put up week one :-) Let's just say I'm well on my way already, haha
GREAT workout! Just finished it and my abs are TIRED!!!
As someone who rarely, if ever, does abs, this was TOUGH!
And this was an awesome 12 min mini work out!!! :)

Holy shit Batman! You must have abs of steel. It was really tough for me but I did it. YAY! And I even have the ugly pictures to prove it...
Fun, but it took me a little longer than average to complete. I kept having to catch my breath. I'll have to do this again, and again, and again. Hubby is going to use it with his kickboxing ladies on Friday. Good abs mean you can take a punch easier.
I just got back from three hours of walking around downtown. I'll do this demain instead of my usual abs work out
This was SO hard for me! But it feels so good after! I'm loving this 15 week challenge already :D

Wow, I was definitely feeling this by the end. The last V sit was hard, but I mad eit through the entire exercise.

didnt do it today. i had class and had to study for a final. excuses! but i will do it anyway, tomorrow, even though it wont count. it looks brutal an did like the test.

I have a question (You must be getting sick of those! LOL) -- do we actually have to do this ON Wednesday for it to count? Or can we do it anytime by the end of the week? I definitely plan to do it either way but I just didn't have time yesterday. :)
