I’m heading to RPM and Body Pump shortly, so I needed a decent breakfast to fuel me through my workout.
The verdict? A smoothie!

In the mix:
1/2 cup OJ, 1/4 cup milk, 3 tbsp Liberte Coconut yogurt, frozen cantelope, frozen banana, 2 handfuls of spinach and 1/2 a pouch of Original Amazing Meal. I think the secret indredient in this one was the yogurt and canteloupe combo. VERRRY tropical tasting!
