Well challengers... today you will be introduced to the PYRAMID.Essentially we climb up in repetitions, then we go back down. I must admit, I am designing most of these workouts for selfish reasons: my trouble areas! ;)

8 tricep dips
8 one arm tricep push ups each side
12 tricep push ups
12 tricep dips
12 one arm tricep push ups
15 tricep push ups
15 tricep dips
15 one arm tricep push ups
12 tricep push ups
12 tricep dips
12 one arm tricep push ups
8 tricep push ups
8 tricep dips
8 one arm tricep push ups
I did this workout last night, and my arms are pretty sore today! GOOD LUCK! :)

triceps is NO fun but it's done!!
Just completed Workout Wed.! Wow, were those difficult, but they felt super effective. We'll see how my arms feel tomorrow.

Did this yesterday after my run. How can such a small body part...be so flabby and hurt so much?

This almost killed me. Seriously - it made me think all the fitness progress I'd made in the past 4 months went down the drain.

Ok the tricep workout hurt so much I couldn't ride my bike to work this morning...thanks though...why do we torture ourselves? Because we LOVE IT
Seriously, the pushups (also known as chataranga) are the reason that I DESPISE sun salutations in yoga!
I know they'll look better for it, though!
