I play $200 a year to play ball.
We have a decent team. There needs to be at least 5 girls on the field at all times. Usually we have exactly 5, which is GREAT because then we never have to sit.
Lately one of the guys has been bringing his new princess g/f, and she’s been playing with our team.
I have a few problems with this:
1) She wears a halter top.
2) She sucks.
3) I paid to play, and now I have to sit because she shows up.
Tell me to get over it.

You have every right to be pissed. I know where you are coming from. Pay to play and you end up sitting 3 or 4 innings. Its a piss off.
I was going to suggest kicking her in the shins till she went away, but if you want to get over it.... I guess we can go with that!!
You paid and she didn't? That isn't right. She should be warming the bench. Is her b/f the coach or captain or something? So NOT fair.

That depends. Did she also pay $200 to play? If she didn't pay than your pissiness is warranted. If she did pay, mmmmm, okay stop being a lame-o :-P
This happened on our kickball team. I finally said something about it to the guy, along with the other girls in a nice way and it was totally fine. He got it. She still came, but didn't play unless we needed her. You are not being lame-o!
I can't tell you to get over it, because I would feel the same way!

Nope. If she hasn't paid, I would be annoyed too.
It would be different if your team didn't have enough girls, but since there's enough she should sit on the sidelines and be a bat girl or something.
You have every right to be angry! Either she pays or she doesn't play (unless she's a sub while someone is away). Can you ask in a nice way? Argh -I hate it when people put others in awkward positions like this.

I agree with everyone who said that if she doesn't pay she shouldn't be taking the spot of someone who does. But if she did pay, maybe she'd like to get better and deserves a shot at learning to play and love the game like you do.
Who knows - maybe she's trying to break out of the princess pattern. Try not to be too hard on her yet, she could turn out to be a new friend!
(Haha...can you tell I teach elementary school...I think I just gave you advice like you're 7...sorry)

Wow, I would be upset too! Is there anything you can do, or are you stuck with her? What's wrong with people these days...
I'm with everybody else: if she didn't pay, she doesn't play unless you're short.
Seems pretty simple to me, but I tend to see things mostly in black and white. =P

You should make a really big deal out of losing or when things go wrong and maybe she'll figure it out and just volunteer to stop playing like it was her idea. Accept that idea.
Accidentally hit her with a ball and the princess will leave the field.
Don't let the halter top cloud the issue. You paid and she didn't so she can get lost. If he wants to bring her, she can take his turns,
