Step, step, steperoo!

Hello bloggies! How are everyone’s triceps feeling today?

Moo-ah-ha-ha! I’d be lying if I said mine were feeling fine. They are tender indeed.

Tonight I went to step class for the first time in months. I have a love/hate relationship with step. I get REALLY into it, and then I get REALLY bored. It was a lot of fun today though, so I think just maybe I’m back on my step kick. This could prove to be difficult though because I’m also on a Spinning kick, which is already interfering with my running kick! Sooo many activities, not enough time!

Prior to step, I did a full body workout… minus the triceps as they got their torture workout yesterday.

My menu today looked like this.

B- Almond breeze/banana/spinach shake with added Berry Green Superfood

S – Cherries

L- Same sandwich as last night, celery and PB on the side

S- Green Superfood Bar

D- Fat Free Sundried Tomato sausage with Sabra hummus and old cheddar, broccoli and one cup Sweet Chili chips. (Why I bought these, I have noo idea. They are so addictive!)

Desert was the Banana Soft Serve that has been appearing all over blogland. It was absolutely friggin delicious!

Wow! A few years ago I discovered the joy of putting frozen bananas through a juicer - I'd add a few slivers of dark chocolate and a couple pieces of chopped walnuts and voila! Chunky Monkey but pretty darn good for you! I had no idea this was appearing all over bloggy-land. I almost submitted it for our challenge last week but went out of town and forgot. I'm glad the word is spreading, though :) Can't wait until I have a juicer again.

Dinner looks good! And you are right about the tricep "torture"! I couldn't complete it all! I guess that gives me a goal to work towards!!

Haven't done the tricep workout *yet*. I am adding it in to my regular weight workout at the gym tomorrow morning!!

I used to LOVE step classes. It's actually how I first got into going to the gym regularly! I don't do them very often anymore, but whenever I go to my hometown for a visit I stop by my old gym there and go to a couple classes. That's where I first started doing them and I absolutely LOVE the instructors there!
