I think I managed to salvage my day in the calorie department. Perhaps I may have went over my daily points, but the point is I didn’t continue to binge like I usually would have done.
I’m brutal for having the mentality that once I’ve gone over my points/calories, I might as well throw caution to the wind and ‘go big or go home’.
For supper tonight I had a mixed green salad topped with PC’s Lemon Poppyseed dressing, a PC Portion Control burger served on a Pita Time One Bun with Sabra hummus and some old cheddar.

Desert was some Liberte Coconut yogurt topped with some deliciously ripe cantelope and some Fibre One worms for crunch.
Feels good to have redeemed myself.

Are those portion control burgers any good? I saw them a couple of weeks ago and wondered about them. If they are, I may pick some up.

Oh my gosh, Amy! I do the same thing regarding the whole Perfect Or Binge mentality regarding points/calories. I think a lot us do. But AWESOME that you didn't let your entire day derail and you redeemed yourself! I'll bet you went to bed feeling great instead of frustrated.
I'm glad you awarded yourself dessert even though you went over on your points. We ALL deserve some healthy dessert!!! The Coconut yogurt looks amazing! Why am I seeing so much coconut in people's recipes and smoothies lately? Let me know where you found the coconut yogurt...I want!!!!
