I love to work my inner thighs. I’m sick, I know!
Today you will do 30 of the following exercises.
Be sure to do 30 on each side for the exercises that only work on one leg.
- Figure 8’s
- Leg Lifts
- One Leg Circle
- Sumo Squats
- Under the Leg Lifts
- Sumo Squat Pulses (quickly… this should just about KILL you!)

Thanks for those exercises. I haven't tried those before and I would love to have no more chub rub!!
I remeber the first time I lost a lot of weight and made life time with Weight Watchers, walking on my Nordic track walk fit and one day my thighs didn't rub together and I couldn't believe it! It was the best feeling ever.
I am totally going to do these exercises!!
I might want to work up to that if I want to be able to get out of bed tomorrow :P

Did this at lunch today, after running/walking some hills. And if this wasn't enough, want to guess what we focused on in Boot Camp tonight?!?! I'll be lucky if I can get out of bed in the morning!!
