Monday, Monday

I have some bad news. I cannot post the Week 2 Results until tomorrow morning. I did the last of the updating at work this morning via blackberry (shhh, don’t tell!) and I forgot to send myself the updated spreadsheet. Rest assured it will be posted tomorrow!!

Speaking of the 15 Week Challenge, I added some labels to the Weekly Challenge and Workout Wednesday posts so you are able to find the posts quickly! You can find the label section on my sidebar just above my blog archive.

Today was a stellar day.

For breakkie I had another delicious green smoothie. IMG_1185

In the mix was: 1 scoop Proteins Plus Orange Smoothie, 1/2 frozen banana, 1 cup frozen cantaloupe, 1/2 Almond Breeze, 2 tbsp coconut Liberte yogurt and a handful of spinach. Divinity in a glass!

Lunch was a salad with chicken breast.

I went to Body Pump after work and had a fantastic workout. My arms were literally SHAKING during the triceps track. Following pump, I did 30 mins on the elliptical.

I didn’t feel like cooking an elaborate meal, so spaghetti it was. With a slice of Texas Toast of the side, my favourite garlic bread ever!

Desert was a small bowl of fruit topped with yogurt and a homemade granola bar crumbled over top. I love this combo of flavours!

Can't wait to see the results! I know I didn't lose anything but it's inspiring to see others who lost lots! haha

That smoothie sounds good. How much almond breeze did you use? You mention 1/2...is that 1/2 cup? Do you also add water? If so, how much?
