I survived!

Not only did I survive spin class, but I actually ROCKED it! It was a 60 minute RPM class with a fantastic instructor… and I gave it my all. There was sweat everywhere, and I couldn’t have felt any better afterwards. I did a 20 min ab/ass workout when I was done.  I was feeling so great when I got home, Jersey and I headed out for an hour long walk. Its amazing what a little exercise can do for the soul!

I had big plans to make today my “clean eating” day… but I really wanted a hamburger when I got home, so out the window went my plans.

Breakfast was a green smoothie. 1/2 cup almond breeze, 1 package Amazing Grass Wheat Grass, frozen banana and cantelope, 2 tbsp Liberte Coconut Yogurt, 1 scoop orange protein powder.

Lunch was salad with a BBQ chicken breast.

and cherries and raspberries for desert.

For supper a had a Blue Menu Portion Control burger and a side salad. I didn’t take pictures. Sorry!!

For those who were inquiring on these burgers, they actually taste great! They are actually a pretty decent size too. And for 140 cals… you can’t go wrong!

I’m gonna hit the hay early tonight. Gotta catch up the sleep I missed last night. I think I may hit up the spare room, as it appears my better half is quite sick. I don’t need to inhale his germies.

Have a great evening bloggers. Thanks for making blogging a pleasure. I really love each and everyone of you. :)

How's the tooth though? While I agree spin class over a dentist any day, don't ignore something that should be looked at.
Wow...how did my mother get into my blog space?!?!

Those burgers ARE delicious! They came out with smaller chicken ones I have yet to try...

I also enjoyed the labelling of your salad dressing... gotta love govt fridges, people will use anything in them even if it's not theirs...

I have actually served these burgers to people unknowingly (and boys even who don't eat "lighter" food) and they didn't say a word - meaning, the difference really isn't that obvious! I love those burgers.

Wow - you're amazing! Your energy and fitness levels are incredible. Yesterday was going to be my clean eating day too, except there was a work BBQ, and even though I brought my own lunch, the call of the s'mores was one I couldn't resist (and a s'more- one graham cracker topped with a bit of chocolate and a marshmallow is only 2pts - not too shabby!). So today is attempt #2!
