This morning started out with a Brown Monster smoothie.
This mixture consisted of:
1 banana, 1 cup almond breeze, 1 source yogurt, handful spinach, and a sample sized package of Chocolate Amazing Meal. It was tasty! I especially loved being able to bring it to work in my bag without worrying about spillage due to the excellent shake container!
Not a very eventful day. After work I ran 5k on the treadmill, followed by Body Pump. I haven’t done pump in ages.. so I suspect I will be feeling it tomorrow!
Supper tonight was a FF sausage with smoked gouda cheese and homemade guac, and a huge salad. YUM.
I don’t have a lot to say tonight, so I’ll quit while I’m ahead. My brain is somewhat mushy, and its cold and rainy. I’m going to spend the rest of evening on the couch wrapped in a blanket.
GOOD NIGHT!

And you look amazing...very inspiring.
Looks great Amy!
You're so amazing with your exercise. I really hope I'll be able to run 5 miles one day...
I just have to try some of this amazing grass soon, everyone is buzzing about it!
Gauc looks yummy!
Amy - I've sent you 4 emails asking to be in your 15 week challenge, but haven't heard a word from you. My first email was sent last Tuesday.
Is the challenge limited to certain people? Just wondering why no response. I'd still love to do it if possible.
Thanks, Diana

Can you buy the great Amazing Grass shake mug? I looked on the website and couldn't see it when I went to buy a tub.
