If you want to give it another go yourself try going to the following link, copy and paste the HTML into your blogs HTML area and see if that works.

I could also help, my husband is a computer programmer, so if you want to tell me how you want it we could find a good template with 3 columns and easily incorporate your header. I am gonna be home all day today, and tonight so just e-mail me (rachael1013@gmail.com) if you want us to help!
There are three columns now. (ON Firefox on a Mac.) Looks good.
