After a great 50 min run on the hamster wheel tonight, Andrew picked me up and we headed to do some errands. We went to Costco to return the flooring we didn’t use, and low and behold there was a sushi stand set up.
Dinner crisis = Solved!
Best part is, it was super cheap compared to the grocery store!
There was a lot of buzz in the media today about tanning beds being carcinogenic, even going as far as to compare them to arsenic!
Scary stuff indeed.
I wish someone would have told me that about 7 years ago when I tanned just about every other day.
Any tanners out there? Is this warning enough to make you stop?

Me! I knew Costco had sushi! :-D
Tanning means your skin is damaged. I try to avoid it and stay as pale as possible, lol!
I didn't know! I'm glad I do now, though.
Tanning beds scare the crap out of me.
I used to tan all the time. Haven't in over a year. I probably never will again! It's like when you know the high risk, why subject yourself to that? Everyone looks better tan but to me I'd rather live!
Ummm....I hit up the tanning bed this a.m. before my workout...oopsie!
I just can't stand pasty white skin!
I've been tanning since high school grad (on and off....more off than on). Always have pre-tanned though (weddings, trips away, etc) as well and probably won't stop.
i love their spring rolls! they are the bomb!
Costco? Sushi?? Whoaaa!!!
Wait you guys go to French Costco don't you?? I mean I love Costco as it is.. but add beer and wine - HEAVEN!
Can you believe I have never been to a tanner?!?!
I use the tanning beds once in a while. I find them really relaxing. I think as along as you don't use them all the time, you're fine.
I've never been a tanner and I've always been amazed at how many people do it. They have been talking about the risks for years! Glad that they are being more definite about it now.
I've spent 110 minutes in a tanning bed over the past 2 months. I have a horrible farmer's tan that I'm trying to get rid of, because it's embarrassing to wear anything sleeveless. I'm not using them for much longer though. I just hate having pale skin and a shit farmer's tan.
