I must confess, I borrowed these moves from Fitness Magazine. Check out the slides for the proper form and techniques for the following exercises.
15 (each side) Round House A
15 (each side) Tree Arabresque
15 (each side) Slide Sculpter
30 Demi Plies
30 Diamonds – OWWWW!
15 (each side) Curtsey lunges – with or without weight
15 (each side) Glute Swoop
This workout is worth 1 point.
**Workout Wednesday's don’t have to be done on Wednesday: As long as you do this workout prior to Sunday, I’m happy!**

I'm on call at for the hospital this morning so I took the opportunity to complete this workout before the pager went off!
I have to say, I HATE trying to do workouts from a magazine page. I never know if I'm doing them correctly.
I have to admit that I didn't feel all of these where I was supposed to. *shrug* But hey, workout complete!
Looking forward to doing these tonight after work. Because I'm a masochists, I guess.

P.S. Muscles I didn't even know I had back there are starting to hurt. I guess I was doing them correctly! :-)
I'll be doing those tonight also, another masochist on board.
I was planning on trying the next step up on my walking at home challenge, tonight is 4 miles!
Also Amy, perhaps you can help with this, any exercise suggestions for that little bulge of fat accumulated under one's shoulder blades? I know losing the weight will help but I'm thinking of something to try and tone and help the process in the meantime...

I've done it this morning (Friday) right after I came back from my C25K run... Oh boy, I'm SOOO going to feel this tomorrow! :)
Okay...one challenge down! Did this after my 4.5k run on Friday at lunch...found a patch of grass in the local park (that wasn't taken over by folk festival people!), and with a scrap of paper listing what & how to do the moves, I did them all. Can't say I did them right (hard from pictures) but I am feeling it today, so something must have worked! Now to get on those goals!
I wasn't sure if I was anywhere near close to 'proper form' but I was sweating and swearing at the end so a workout it was!
