Its going to same lame, but I love hanging out with Amie because I never need to explain why I don't want french fries, or feel apprehensive about my food choices. I never have make up excuses to hang out at an alternate time so I can workout. She just GETS it.Our conversation went a little something like this when making our plans for today:
Amie: Hey, I'm coming home lets hang out.
Me: Want to do an outdoor workout, and I'll take compromising pictures of you to post on my blog?Amie: I'm in.
How great is that? Who needs to get together for dinner or coffee when you can get together and SWEAT?! :)
Here we are, in all our beauty pre-workout.
The format of our workout today looked like this:1.5k run
Strength moves1.5 run
Strength moves
1.5 cool down walk.
The strength moves were: Leg lifts
Step ups

Dips
We also threw in some lunges, picnic table push ups, planks and some abs work.As you can see, we certainly worked up a sweat!
This workout was fantastic for 2 reasons; the beautiful weather and great company.Thanks for joining me Amie! xo
