If you still have it, go see a doctor.
Seriously.
Plus, look at what you've eaten in the last two days; anything new? anything with sulfates, nitrates, additives, msg? I have a laundry list of stuff I can't eat and I still get +/- 2 migraines a month.
If you're getting them often and last more than 24 hours, you need to get it checked out.

I've never had a migraine but I've seen my mom suffer through them many times over the years. I hope you're better soon!

I love that Jersey made a guest appearance. She's so cute!!
You have my sympathy. I get bad headaches because I have trigiminal neuraligia (sp ?) I take a migraine pill called RELPAX and it is fantastic. I avoid taking any pills but if I don't want my whole day shot I take one of these babies and usually within 15 minutes or so I am back up and around. They are expensive but lifesavers.
