Guest Post #5: Thank you, Thank you!

I can't tell you how fun guest posting on Amy's blog has been this week! It's been a good time and I've really loved sharing with you. :)

I'm sure you've all missed her, as I have too. Especially on our runs. Dammit.

Finally, because we're all missing the food portion of Amy's blog, I thought I'd give you a little going-away gift, one of my favourite recipes: Sushi Salad.

spinach
1 package fake crab (or real crab, really)
cucumber, sliced and halved
avocado, sliced and halved
wasabi covered peas (optional)

Dressing (proportions to taste):
soy sauce
vinegar
sugar
wasabi (optional, but recommended if not using the wasabi-covered peas)

1. Mix dressing.
2. Arrange plates with spinach, crab, cucumber, avocado, and wasabi-covered peas.
3. Serves several.
