Detox Day #2

So remember how I posted about my body hating me for not eating enough healthy foods? Well now its hating me for eating TOO many healthy foods. Its pretty much going from one extreme to the next. Ah well. Live and learn right?

My menu today looked like this:
B- Banana, apple
S- raspberries
L- leftover lazy man lasagna, 2 yogurts
2- 1 cookie, 1 slice WW bread with Cinnamon Swirl PB
D- Curry a la Pampered Chef - MY FAVORITE!!
S- Chapmans Red Cherry Frozen Yogurt

I had a great workout today too. I met Lisa, and she put us through an entire body workout. It was fast, yet effective. We were both panting at the end. I followed it up with a solid 50 mins sweaty road drills spin class. WEEEEEE!

I made a huge decision today. Are you ready for it?

I AM GOING TO LOSE THESE LAST 15LBS.

Which means, eating to lose. Its gonna suck. But I am NOT GOING TO FAIL.

To all my amazing readers: I need you more then ever.

Give me a swift kick in the ass. Motivate me. Tell me its possible.

Please!!

I'm in the same boat. Eating to lose vs eating to maintain.

Amy of course it's possible, and if anyone is a testament to that it's you. you have lost almost 100pounds, alot harder than 15! you are an amazing inspiration to so many.
So here's you kick in the butt..show us all how it's done!
