Where is my mojo?

Call it a crazy week at work, call it stress, call it feeling behind due to my weekend away... but man, my motivation is missing this week.

My usual daily exercise routine has gone to shit.

I only managed a 5k run on Wednesday and a spin class tonight. Say what?

The good news is, I've been eating perfectly and drinking a minimum of 3L of water a day.

Even better news:
1) I think I'm buying a camera tomorrow
2) I have a wicked workout planned
3) I'm hosting a dinner party tomorrow!

Aw man, it always takes a week to get back into it after some time away. You'll rock it over the weekend I am sure!

I know exactly what you mean about knowing the program by heart....I feel that too, but honestly, there is something about having to stand on that scale in front of someone else.....I don't know what it is.

I think I'm going to have to go back. I'm so puffy.
