rainy weather eats


Its a cold and damp one in Ottawa today. I decided a warm comforting meal was in order! Tomato soup and tofu wraps. In the wrap: sauteed tofu, avocado, spianach and a little shredded old cheddar. Divine!

My workout was AMAZING tonight. I met up with Lisa, and did her lower body/core workout. I should note, I received an email at about 3pm that said something along the lines of "I am totally going to kill your legs and core" and that she did! Jokes on her though, because I'm making up our workout for Saturday! Mwah-ha-ha!! After the torture session on my legs, I jumped on the treadmill for a 30 min run; my first run since the race. Not gonna lie: I hated it.

I'm praying for some thunder showers or torrential down pours as I have basbeball tonight at 8pm and I don't particularly feel like leaving the house again.

Yumm. Love soup on a chilly day. I'm already dreaming of all the healthy soups I am going to make this winter in my much thiner body :).

what is it about running after a half that just sucks! I was loving running before my 1/2 and even during my 1/2 and haven't had the love since...and I want it back!!
