Mid Day Check In

I didn't have any deserts today during the break. Just coffee and water.
I just ran 6k as per my half training schedule.
Now.. I need to survive a 'gala' tonight.

Good luck with the gala!! Maybe the social environment will make it easier to stay fit and healthy and sane around foods. My worst eating occurs in the darkness of my room on emotional nights. Normally when I"m out, I eat rather healthily and keep my portions normal.
