Ugghhh. I hate that too!! Just chug some water before you go to sleep and try to sleep it off. Going to bed generally makes me feel at least somewhat better.

There is a serious funk going on in blog land. Mine has finally lifted but there have been days where I could eat the volume of food meant for a small country...
I think once you get home you will get back to your routine no problems. It must be so difficult to be away/eating out often.
