So yah.... I blew off running room. I don't have it in me to be chipper and smiley right now.
I'm dragging my ass to the gymbo, for some sprints on the tredmill followed by my very first session of Body Flow.
I'll report back later if I don't jab my eyes out. For those who have been reading a while, you know that yoga and I don't jive.
Here's the thing though, people that do yoga... are hot. They look lean. They look fit.
Here goes attempt #497 to become a yogi! Wish me luck!

Not so!!!
I know LOTS of people who do yoga and aren't teeny tiny (myself included, though not like I do it every day!)
Good luck with the yoga. I feel the same way.
Don't forget to report back :)
Hope you are feeling better soon!
How did it go???
Word association: when I think yoga, I think: Drew Barrymore and Madonna. I don't know if they do yoga, but I think they do, and you're right - they both look wicked.
IMO: I think its great combined with other exercise, but I couldn't ever do JUST yoga.
Hope you enjoyed it!
I think the same about yoga, although I do like it, I just never seen to be able to fit it in, and I love the lean, fit look of the true yogi.. I hope you find a love for it this time :0)
and I'm sorry about your hair, been there done that, don't you find it ironic that when you want and are ready for a hair change you come out with the same doo over and over and yet when you don't want a change, BAM something happens..
Hey Amy....how is your new camera for food photos and such? I'm not loving mine so I'm thinking it's going back and I might get the one you got. Canon just seems to be the way to go.
I always feel like my version of yoga isn't the yoga Madonna and Drew B are doing... I wish I looked like them :-)
Did you end up doing yoga? I'd love to read a blog post about how your experience went THIS time. :D
