Smackeroni and Cheese would have to be my favourite ESBM recipe. I think these cards are so cool :)
Our family favourite from the ESBM is "No Weigh, Jose` mexican Lasagna. Yummy!
Someone already stole mine...Smackeroni and Cheese...my kids love it too.

my fave recipie is goody two-chews! they are such a delicious alternative to cookies. peanut butter and maple syrup? NO better combination!!

My favourite ESBM recipe is the "Turk du Soleil". These burgers are soooo good and the mixture of all of the flavours are perfect!
They also freeze very well for leftovers.

That's so cool! I have all 3 of their cookbooks and I use recipes from all of them. I'll have to look out for these at my local Hallmark store.
Favorite from ESBM...it's a tie between the Kickin' Chicken and the I'm Dreaming of a White Chili.

My all time favourite recipe from Eat Shrink and Be Merry is ... Better Butter Chicken!! I make it usually once a month, though I have changed up the recipe a bit.
Amy, I've been a lurker on your site for a long time and your contest has brought me out! I think these ladies are so cool and we cannot get these cards in the States. I've found their books on eBay and the Smackeroni and Cheese has to be a favorite ESBM recipe here too.

God I love this book so much..the recipes are fab! Due to its high fat content in real life and its improved one in ESBM, I'm gonna choose the Pad Thai...WAY better than the real thing...though Darth Taters are also pretty darn yummy!
My new favourite is 'Melancauli Baby'.. a curried cauliflower soup! YUmmy!

I love my ESBM book but I'd have to say the Mashed Fauxtatoes, or the Kentucky Freud Chicken are my favorites!
