A little blue...

Gonna keep it short and sweet tonight.

The bad stuff:
  • WI = Stayed the same. Feeling a wee bit discouraged.
  • Work= shitty
  • Andrew lost his job unexpectedly.
  • The weather has been dark and rainy.
  • Kale chips are overrated.
The mediocre stuff:
  • I saw Stockwell Day at the Running Room. Despite not being a blue fan, he is very handsome!
  • Hills were ok tonight... we ended up running a little over 7k.
  • I made this delicious supper: Steak, mushrooms, asparagus, grilled sweet taters and Kale chips.
The good stuff:
  • Today is my Dad's 60th Birthday!! He called Andrew today to give him a little pep talk. It warmed my heart to know that he cares....they're not exactly 'buds' so it made me happy that he cared.

Sorry to hear about the bad stuff.

Must not comment on Stockwell Day...

What are kale chips and why are they overrated?

What the heck are kale chips? They don't look all that yummy.

I am sorry to hear about the crappy things, I am sure it will get better soon!

Sorry to hear about hubby losing his job. Wishing him luck on his job hunt.

I'd trade you suppers but I don't like steak...and don't have a clue what kale chips are.

Keep your chin up hun!

Kale chips just seem weird to me. I'll have to make them sometime when FH is away.

That was sweet of your Dad to call yer hubby. Hopefully things look up soon!

Awwwwww that is so great that your Dad stepped up with the pep talk! Sometimes the men need some reassurance coming from a father figure too ;-)

(I wondered about those kale chips)
