I had a stellar day today. It looked a little something like this:
B- 1 package Blue Menu multi grain oatmeal with pumpkin mixed in topped with pecans and tsp peanut butter
S- apple, plum
L- Baxter Butternut squash/red pepper soup - GROSS - orange
S- Old cheddar and Wisecrackers
D- 6oz steak, steamed aparagus and 1/2 a baked tater
S- strawberries and light cool whip
Activity: 50 min spin class, 5k tempo run.
An interesting aside: I think I got sucked into training for a marathon this summer.

YIPEE!! Marathon!!
I am still on the fence as to if I am going to do one in the fall. I am going to wait and see how I run in the Ottawa half and make the decision then.
Right now, the idea of running more than 25km is unthinkable.....
Yet another lurker. I've read your blog from start to finish and I'm so proud of you and all that you've accomplished. Thanks for the motivation to keep going!
