WI and Workout!

Drumroll please: -2.6 lbs! :)

Workout tonight:

3k tempo run @ 6.17/k
2k LSD pace @ 8.0/k
20 min Shred Level 3.

Feeling GREAT!

I got stuck at workout and wasn't able to make it to run club, so I ran with Jersey as soon as I got in the door. On the training schedule was the 3k tempo, but I was getting bored walking so I just decided to run slowly home.

I've been slacking a little in the weights dept, so I opted for a little quality time with Jillian.

All in all, a goooooood day!
