To sum it up quickly:
-10k LSD, which was awesome! Good company, sunny weather, and felt great.
- Had a 'group leader' breakfast meeting... made good choices in the food department.
- Arrived home, read in an epsom salt bath.
- Enjoyed the afternoon in "doggie heaven" (for local readers... Conroy Pit) which is essentially a dog park filled with trails. We spent 1 hour and 29 mins there. I brought my Garmin to track it. We ended up walking about 7k.
- Following our hiking adventure, enjoyed a delicious latte from Starbucks and split an oatmeal raisin cookie with Andrew. Its pretty much impossible to find a baked good minus chocolate! This no-chocolate thing may kill me for the record.
I shall leave you with a few pictures of my glorious afternoon. Is it sad that I was absolutely delighted with my totally domesticated afternoon- ie spending it with my husband and dog? I absolutely love the way my life is turning out... :)
